Lieber Herr Handel, seit 1986 bin ich (alleine) oder mit Motorradkollegen mehrmals im Jahr im Spessart auf der Geishöhe in Dammbach. Die kleine Familienpension Bohlig ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt den Spessart zu erkunden und kennen zu lernen! Seit dem ich ans Internet angeschlossen bin kann ich mir endlich auch mehr Informationen besorgen. Das der Eisenhammer in Hasloch noch (u.a. aus historischen Gründen) in Betrieb ist freut mich! Your english translation of your website for Erlenbach/Main is excellent. So what happend to your translation for the Spessart??? You might want to have that somebody that did that Spessart translation, go back to school and work on syntext and proper grammar.

Thank you. My ancestors came from erlenbach in 1844. They later were to be known by various names of which my branch, in southern Indiana,USA. spelled it Willyard.. I believe various spellings there were Wilgar, Villiar and maybe Villiard. the main thing that concerns me is whether any of my relatives may have died in WW2 as a result of any combat, especially with any action of the U.S...?

Looking for map Sebastian Reichert married Catherine Zanglein about 1806, it is report they had 2 children, at least one, Lorenz Reichert imigrated to Amerika in 1835. I have lots of info an all the decendants. I dont have any more Reicherts in Germany beyond Sebastian and Catherine. Linda in the USA

Falls derjenige der diese Seite auf Trab hält (sehr gute Arbeit) irgendwie in Erlenbach was zu sagen hat, dann soll er sich doch bitte mal für die Jugend stark machen und die Musik (sonst Niedernberg oder Hofstetten) mal nach Erlenbach bringen oder dies zumindest mal vorschlagen. I was stationed with the Army in Augsburg and later Schweinfurt, from 1958-1961. I loved and respected Germany and the German people. I believe that Germany´s liberal immigration policy will cause serious negative change to one of the World´s greatest countries and peoples. Regarding your website. Als geborene Erlenbacherin geben mir vor allem die Bilder von Erlenbach sowie auch die damit verbundenen Namen ein Stück Heimatverbundenheit wieder! Bin - leider viel zu selten - immer wieder gerne in Erlenbach, vor allem natürlich bei meiner Cousine Traudl Mari-Nickolay, Joel und Nicholas in ihrem gemütlichen und leckeren Gasthaus Unkelbach!
