This is the time in tics needed to display 80 frames. Because every frame needs at least 1 tic due to the CalcTics function, 80 is the fastest value possible and above values are slower ones.
This was some sort of a performance counter. Currently I'm using a frames per second indicator.

I don't think this is a good idea! This way you wouldn't have ANY clue, what you changed!!
If you have to change it manually, you'll be confrontated with the changes more intensively and that way you could learn something.
By just replacing the old files by the new ones you don't learn anything!
