Then just use two DrawFlats functions, one with and one without the ceilings.
That "new ligting effects" sound interesting, but we're not interested in trading stuff. If we want to give features away, we release a tutorial for it ;)
Especially our floor/ceiling feature won't be released until we release a real TC. But this may take so long, that there'll be a public tutorial of another wolfer already, as DarkOne wrote that tutorial of a simpler version of that feature already...

But I don't know if new ammotypes are mentioned there as well.

Oh yeah i forgot... it has become apparent as i tested your game out that you have the ability to place seperate floor tiles with different texture wherever you please... that is what i wanna know... if your interested in trading some secrets, then just mail me.... or if you want ill send you guys the beta of my game... its one to compare to yours!

Thanks for responding. Dark One's thing might work with the commented stuff, but then would have to use th sky for every level.... but i want SOME levels to have ceiling texture....
I have a few tricks of my own, too.... such as making new lighting effects, how to use them, enabling the "hrocket" and "deathsparks", and also how to have "read this" and "jukebox" without disabling either one... plz email me or just respond here an ya guestbook.
P.S.: You guy kno how to add new weapons and ammotypes?

As you have no name, it's hard to find the correct "Hi ..." ;P

But anyways, our screenshots show a textured floor using a technique which isn't made publically available yet. You probably use DarkOne's floor/ceiling feature, so you'll have to comment the lines in DrawFlats responsible for the ceiling texture (the second asm block + the line above)

And that shading goes back to Flo's MegaDemo (www.wolfnode.de). We use optimized routines, as Flo's are a bit clumsy ;) Also we added sprite shading.
